I needed to arrange an urgent EPC inspection. Terry responded very swiftly, gave me a competitive price for the job and didn't request payment until after the inspection was carried out and the certificate issued. Terry arrived on time, carried out his inspection in a timely manner, he was polite, courteous and explained clearly what he needed to do.
