Here are a few things you can try:
Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi
Log out and log back in
Restart the app
If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Services team at reception@checkatrade.com and include the following details to help us investigate:
Whether you were using the web or the app
If using the app, your device type (iOS or Android)
A description of what you were doing before the issue occurred
Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible, are especially helpful
