Response: missed the 48 hour window but apologized (was because of sick leave) and came the next day after my direct phone call. Work: Identified potential reason for foul smell but could not correct; advised on next steps. Verified non-blocked drains, used pressurized water to further clean but had to spend time to replenish water in the tanks, using water from my property. Spent time and effort to replace damaged bolts on drain covers but most of the time was due to the fact that bolts were previously screwed too tight by the technician himself.

Arrived within 30 mins, Top service and reasonably priced, couldn't ask for faster or better service.

Terry was so friendly, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Whilst Terry was here he also helped us with a few other small jobs we needed doing which was a bonus! Our kitchen sink now runs smoothly, no longer gurgles and no longer backs up into the washing machine pipe; we can now install our new washing machine knowing the drains are clear. Terry arrived on-time and quickly explained possible options, before jetting out all the roots with no intrusive internal works. Drains are clear and working fine!

Terry was available to come next day to investigate our blocked external kitchen drain. He managed to get water flowing again but discovered that the main drain was blocked. He advised on how to contact Thames Water and claim compensation on that basis which was very helpful. Thanks!
