    Avoid like the plague - overpriced and unreliable

    Terrible work, I've had them come for two different jobs and both times they had to come back to fix the job they worked on because it either wasn't fixed or they ended up breaking something else. They were also terrible in communicating what needed to be done and added extra unnecessary work to the overall problem.

    Poor time keeping

    Disappointingly poor communication. A 10am visit was quoted at 7.30am which became a 6.30pm visit as the day progressed. Regret paying in advance.

    Work Not Fit for Purpose

    I am a retired chartered surveyor and chartered builder. This company charged £900 to replace the broken concealed plastic toilet cistern in our home toilet. The new cistern was smaller in size, and used only 3 inches of cistern water per flush. It was inadequate, and always failed to flush effectively. I contacted them afresh and ask them to replace the cistern for a new payment. They initially accepted, but on receiving further details they realised they were fixing their own work, declined the job without further comment, and blocked further online communication. They are not businesslike

During the inspection, the engineer briefly explained the boiler’s operating process, including how it heats water, circulates hot water through the heating system, and safely vents combustion gases. The explanation provided a clear overview of the boiler’s key components and how they work together to deliver reliable heating and hot water. Overall, the service was professional, informative, and completed to a high standard.
