We are very happy with the whole process from initial enquiry through to completion of the work. What was turning into a real headache was resolved in very quick time, and with a minimum of fuss, all at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend for any plumbing or leak detection and resolution work.

Excellent service from 0800 Homefix Ltd. Friendly staff, clear explanations, two visits to fully resolve a persistent toilet blockage. The second engineer explained the cause and how it was fixed. Problem sorted - very happy!

Water meter was showing a leak, no sign of any leaking water in the house. Took quotes from several plumbers - 0800 Homefix was the most reasonable, and offered to come tomorrow, or the same day (for £20 extra, which suited us). The plumber was great; courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous, he talked through everything he was doing. He found the fault withing the first hour, and fixed it that day, for a fair price. Showed me that the meter had stabilised after he had finished. I received a courtesy call during the job, and courtesy emails checking everything was OK after, as well as a pdf detail
