Joe was very responsive and came the morning after we called him (it was late afternoon and he was not in London). He discussed the various options and costs, and very quickly and efficiently sourced the new yale lock, which was great as we were due to go away that afternoon and wanted to ensure our property was secured. Unfortunately it wasnt possible to replace the chubb on that day as he didnt have the spot welder, so we agreed on him returning on the Monday to do the work. Unfortunately he couldnt make the monday, and it was raining on the Tuesday, but it was replaced first thing Wednesday
