    I had my electric oven hardwired in. Due to my work schedule I couldn’t plan the appointment too far ahead into the month, but Elena was able to arranged my appointment at VERY short notice / even the EVENING before! Yani the contractor was pleasant, tidy, respectful and he left the property in the same condition as when he arrived. Thank you! Yani also helped me with another small (unrelated) issue, for which I am very grateful! Thank you both so much, Elena and Yani at 100SISI Ltd! Very happy customer, I would recommend and use this company again!

    It was easy and quick to get an appointment. The repairman on the job was very professional, well spoken and knowledgable. A part needed to be ordered so they called to book another visit in 3 days once they had the part and only charged me after the job had been successfully completed. The costs were also fair and very economical compared to other options and also compared to the manufacturer's service. Would call again if there was an issue.
