Over the moon with the work done from this company and would highly recommend. The communication was clear from the start and they are clearly experienced professionals. My daughter wanted a built in desk but the space for it was awkward with pipes in the way so an off the shelf desk wouldn’t fit. The joiners designed some bespoke options for me to choose and we are really pleased with results. Especially my Daughter.

Poor communication from the outset, started fitting something I didn’t ask for, then was told £500 more for what I originally asked. Then fitted primed white handrails when from the start I asked for wood. Spindles loose and rattling, all fitted more than 100mm apart against building regs. 4 different colours between newel posts, caps, spindles and rails. Asked for labour money back to cover another joiners day rate due to loss of trust to fix issues themselves. Had to sand down primer on rails its taken days to do. Not what you expect when spending £2k+, disappointed and waste of money.

Fantastic job from start to finish across a big range of work — storage, built-ins, under-stairs storage, a porch and doors. The quality throughout is brilliant, really pleased with how it's all turned out, and it was all done quickly too. Quotes were clear and concise and Sam stuck to them throughout. Communication was great all the way through, and he was clearly very competent at what he does. He was patient, listened carefully to exactly what we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. Really lovely to have in the house too. Couldn't recommend highly enough — thank you so much!

Liam, Sam and their team were excellent. Liam came out and gave us the price for our media wall which we were pleased with. Communication with Liam was easy and he replieded to any questions we had quickly. Their work is top quality as their reviews show. They turned up on time every day and left the job spotless. Tradesman (Liam) showed up promptly at the time specified. His work was spot on. The quality and workmanship of the unit was outstanding. He cleaned up after himself leaving no mess inside or out. BEWARE. The guys were pleasant and did a satisfactory job fitting 7 internal doors, though they left old hinge areas unfilled. They chipped the frames while chiselling for strike plates and did not chisel holes in the frames out properly. The bathroom latch was broken; they said to buy a replacement and promised to fit it, but after we chose not to hire them for a kitchen job, they refused to return despite being paid and left us with a screw for a handle!!!
