Andy communicated quickly by email and gave his number for me to call. He told me when he was available and he arranged to come at a time and he turned up promptly and did the job very quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly.

Would highly recommend. Responded on the day and agreed to come the following one. Work carried out quickly and with no fuss, and Andy provided some tips about how to avoid the issue repeating.
