117 Builders did an excellent job of creating a 14ft x 10ft reinforced concrete base for my new shed. They did it very quickly in two days using four staff that worked very efficiently. I'm pleased they tidied up well on completion of the work, and also I was pleased they were able to commence very soon after I excepted their quote. I am confident I will ask them again for any further work I need, and I recommend them.

117 Builders have created a very high quality new driveway for me. The quote was accurate and the team on-site were professional and polite at all times. They worked hard throughout the project and the finished driveway looks great. It's had comments from the neighbours who were also impressed with the all of the people we had onsite through the project.

The job was completed in an hour and I was told all was satisfactory. Twelve months later the roof leaked again and came through to the bedroom in exactly the same place. Mr Turner came round two days later and pushed the tile back in place. He then said "If the wind turns in the wrong direction you will be flooded and I am not in charge of the weather". Two days later a local roofing company replaced the faulty tile and fixed the problem. They confirmed that no felt had been used. Do not use 117 Builders.

The repairs were identified and dealt with in a very timely and efficient manner. The standard of work was very high and the plumber and his assistant on site were very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in using 117 Builders again

Andy,Ben and team attended and carried out work on our property leaving us with a brilliant white silicone paint finish to front,side and back of property.Removed and replaced soil and waste pipes also supplied and fitted gate, and fitted new house number. Professional throughout despite bad weather.Would recommend. Thank you all.
