The communication between the plumber and his business partner is atrocious. Both booking jobs at the same time. The plumber himself did our pipes well, but actually fitting anything was beyond amateur. Had to get him back twice to fix his work that was nowhere near correct, and then when the time came for the last part, both he and the business partner dropped contact, and never reached out again. Now the drainage that he “fixed” for us, doesn’t work. Meaning we have to get yet another plumber out to fix his work. Do yourselves a massive favour. Avoid this company.

Speedy service, round within 1.5 hrs, told me price after 10 min check, a job completed well and carefully, said I can contact back if any issues, refilled as asked and advice given and details, 1 hr job completed in time

Plummer managed to replace the tap, which had started to fall apart (making it more dangerous). He certainly had the odd problem with the removal, but the result is fabulous, and I considered the cost of £110 is satisfactory due to the problems he was happening. One was with my stop tap, which I had installed as long ago as 2008 (which is when I moved in). Was able to pay my Bank Transfer, which is my currently preferred method.
