  New Boiler instillation

  This company was first class, they were very detailed in their explanation of works in both the initial consultation, thought the work process and this was equally replicated in their written estimate of works. Extremely articulate in terms of attention to detail. Punctual and very clean. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

  New taps fitted in kitchen and utility room, issues with pipework under sinks fixed, block in outdoors drain fixed

  We had several issues with our kitchen and utility room sinks. An instant hot water unit was damaged and leaking, the pipework was a mess, the water softener was noisy and the sinks were gurgling. On day 2 found a block in the drains causing the outdoor manholes to almost overflow. Rob did an amazing job fixing everything, the pipework under the sinks is all redone and looks very neat (& quiet). It's hard to find people that do things right these days and explain all the issues clearly. Highly recommended and would definitely use for any future work.

  Blocked drain clearance

  Not a pleasant job - but Danny just got on with it and he had cleared the blockage very quickly. He cleaned up the drain and surrounds. Very pleased to be sorted out so quickly!

  Rip out of old bathroom suite, and new installation of new Bathroom

  From the very start of the project 123 plumb were fantastic. James was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us create our dream bathroom. James understood our vision and ideas and done everything to make them possible. From the materials used to the craftsmanship on the installation, everything was done to a high quality standard. I would recommend 123 plumb to everyone. We are already planning in booking James back to carry out works on our next project.
