The carpets had a few dirty and dark marks, but it’s come up much fresher and cleaner than I expected tbh. The service was punctual, professional, and everything was explained clearly before the work started. They took care while working around the apartment, were respectful of the property, and left everything tidy afterwards. The carpets dried within the timeframe they estimated, and there was no chemical smell. Overall, the whole process was smooth & straightforward
