    Contacted Peter by email and he was at our house within 45 minutes... He had given us a very reasonable labour price which it turned out to be all that was required no parts needed . It was obvious Peter was very experienced, He had worked in this trade for 30 years. He instantly got in to doing the required work explaining what he was doing and what had caused the problems. He was very easy to talk to and a very calm man. We will have no hesitation in contacting him if we experience further problems with our locks .So pleased we met Peter

    It was such a pleasure to meet Peter. We had had a bad experience with a previous locksmith (from Checkatrade) that we had lost faith in the trade But todays experience with Peter restored every bit of our faith again. He arrived on time the same day as requested, did the job showing full confidence in his knowledge of the job. Explained what he was doing without any hesitation and made us feel so relaxed again. The big plus was he didn't even need to replace any parts so it was just a labour charge. So glad we met him .
