    Justin came a bit earlier , he rang to let me know he was on his way , excellent communication through out the entire process from booking to finishing the job . The service was carried out in a very efficient way . The chair was clean in around 30 minutes . Very pleased with the service I received .

    First time of using 1A and won't be the last. Sophy was pleasant and helpful on the phone and I felt confidemt in booking their family - run company. I was not wrong, they did an excellent job; stained carpet as good as new. Price quoted was very fair and the extra charge for another piece of carpet outside the room was more than fair.

    I work for a rental agency and the property had been closed up for a few days. The new tenants arrived and complained of a smell - popped over to check it as it was fine - place reeked of cat urine. Rang them around 1pm and they pulled out all the stops to get there for me - arrived around 4pm and the carpets have come up really well and the mattresses look like new. Totally saved the day for me and I now have happy tenants! Will definitely use again.

    We booked in an end of tenancy clean for my daughter's flat, access was complicated as it was right in the centre of town, but this didn't faze Justin. The two young men that attended turned up when they said they would and were friendly and professional and the work was done in no time at all. Being a rental, the carpets were quite long in the tooth and worn, however they definitely came up looking better than they did before my daughter moved in. Crucially, good, detailed paperwork was provided for the letting agent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a similar end of tenancy clean.
