• Building a new 12' x 4' hard standing area for our garden shed etc.

  Jorge has previous done both internal and external building work for us. He is always very skillful and a bit of a perfectionist. Our new patio is using large recycled paving slabs which were extremely heavy but it didn't seem to bother Jorge at all. They were laid on a new concrete base beautifully. He also helped us move our shed intact about 20 metres from its old location on to the new area he just built for us. Nothing broken and no mis-haps while moving it. Very satisfied and will definitely use Jorge again before long to help with our other building projects.

  Jorge fitted a new bathroom and kitchen for my 80 year old mother. He was professional and courteous from the beginning-he was very patient with my mum who was nervous about the change. He gave excellent advice on all aspects of the work and was 100% trustworthy. He can turn his hand to anything and has very high standards. My mother is over the moon with his work and we would not hesitate to use him again - nothing is too much trouble for him.

• Bathroom refurbs

  We had both our bathroom and en-suite completely refurbished. New tiled floors, walls and shower enclosure. Could not fault Jorge always on time arrived when he said and did what he said he would do each day. Always consulted us on options and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will have him back for some other projects.

• Perfect workmanship

  Jorge from 1af multiservices is well known locally for excellent workmanship covering a variety of tasks. No job is to big or too small. He replaced my very long garden fence in less than one and a half days and worked solidly throughout. He would be my 'go to' person for any job on the house or in the garden. Because he is in so much demand, it's worth being patient for him to start your work, so book him well in advance. (There is no option in the drop down box to reflect the job that Jorge carried out so had to put 'kitchen job')
