Brilliant service. Was locked out of home on a cold January evening and upon contacted 1A Ideal Locksmiths they were able to get someone out and get access within 30 mins. Great job.
Emergency - locked out of the house
An exceptionally high standard of service implemented very skilfully and politely within the time scale provided on a freezing Sunday evening, with heavy snowfall making access to the house very difficult. No other emergency locksmith was prepared to leave the comfort of their home in this weather except 1A Ideal Locksmith. The gentleman managed to open my door in no time using a very clever technique without causing any damage to the lock or to the door, and he charged a very competitive fee. I don't know what I would have done without him and cannot recommend the company highly enough
Cutting off/removing a rusted padlock from my shed door
Very quick to respond when sent request for a quote through. Was able to come next morning with great comms. Came in time slot he said he would and let me know just before arriving.
