Farhad was very responsive and went out of his way to help fix an extremely annoying beeping sound ensuring that we didn’t have another night of broken sleep. He went out of his way to come after finishing another job as he knew we needed something done about it today. E

Installation of an upgrade to old alarm system. Received helpful advice on what was needed, and what I could choose to add. Really good work - clean, tidy, demonstrated the new system - and it works just fine. Fahad installed himself, and was a real pleasure to have in the house - worked tirelessly and I would engage him and 1-Secure again. Ten out of ten.

Fahad was very friendly and helpful. He gave me advice over the phone with some options to resolve the issue I had. He came out the same day to fix the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

The engineer AbdulRehman was quite perfectionist and made sure all the work was done to good standard. I would not hesitate to recommend, 1 Secure company.

1-Secure came to my rescue! I have an Alarm with a different company but I am no longer within contract. The Alarm had a fault, I called the existing company and they were most unhelpful! I looked in my Checkatrade leaflet and saw the details for 1-Secure. I called and even though it was late one of the engineers came out. He was extremely polite, friendly, very helpful and empathetic. He resolved the issue and I definitely plan to use their company again.
