  Excellent efficient drain unblocking service

  Lee from 1st Choice Property Solutions was great. We had a recurring block toilet waste pipe, which i rodded a few times, but it kept coming back. Lee turned up quickly, found the problem, fixed it and was very honest and affordable. He also gave me some great advice on how to avoid this happening again. I will 100 percent use again, highly recommended.

  Great service - free quote and fixed price

  Lee provided a very efficient and effective service. We had an issue with a blocked kitchen sink and a blocked ensuite basin. Lee came round free of charge and quickly to take a look at the issue and was able to give us a fixed price to investigate the issue fully using his equipment and fix it. He also advised us that no fee would be payable if he could not fix it. Using his equipment he was able to determine that the gulley was blocked which he cleared. The issue is now fully fixed. As well as doing a good job for a fixed price Lee was also very pleasant and also gave us general advice.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have used Lee and 1st Choice Property Solutions on several occasions over the past few years for drainage issues and have always been very pleased with the service provided. Lee is friendly, professional and extremely responsive. He responds quickly to enquiries and deals with problems promptly and efficiently. He takes the time to explain the issues clearly and demonstrates excellent knowledge and experience in drainage and drainage repairs. I have always found him to be reliable, honest and helpful.   Professional, helpful, highly recommended

  Lee was fantastic and professional. We had an issue with a blocked drain, he responded to my enquiry within minutes on a Saturday evening and offered to come out to take a look on Sunday morning. He was on time, did investigations, spoke to the neighbour and quickly identified the issue was a blockage beyond our property boundaries. He then gave us advice on how to contact Thames Water to make sure they would come out to us quickly. This advice worked and Thames Water attended our property within 30 minutes to fix it. He also waived the call out fee! Highly recommend Lee.

  Lee resolved a blocked drain at our property. He was very generous with his time, and took the lead in coordinating with our neighbours to resolve the issue at our property and ensure no issues at theirs. I thought it would be a quick job, but it took a lot of effort to unblock from various access points across three properties. It was worth every penny! Lee also provided helpful advice in terms of identifying a drainage issue that may be the cause.
