Complete refit of a master bedroom en suite.
We are very happy with the end result. The en suite is exactly what we were looking for. Certainly not the cheapest fitter in town, and you do need to be flexible with your timescale expectations, but our end result is very good indeed.
New bathroom
We’re very pleased with our new bathroom, it looks lovely! Very efficient and tidy fitter. Really important to have a pre-fitting visit to discuss the work plan prior to work starting. A couple of weeks after completion we had an air-lock issue and found that 1st Response responded quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem.
Glass shower screen fitted
Graham Beales was prompt, polite, got on with the job, left no mess, and I was very happy with the whole experience.
New ensuite
Comparing various traders on checkatrade I chose Graham to do my new ensuite. He came to provide a quote and gave good ideas to the design. He has a queue of customers but well worth the wait! Graham is very experienced and the quality of his work is outstanding. He is extremely organised and took any issues he came across in his stride providing options based on his experience. Graham tidied up every day and respected my property throughout. I highly recommend Graham and would defintely use him again. He’s a good friendly trustworthy man but above all, delivers an exceptional end product !
Bathroom fit
We're really pleased with the work Graham carried out, which involved entirely ripping out an old bathroom and fitting a new one. It's really useful that he carried out everything himself so we were never waiting for e.G. A tiler to become available to start. He was very friendly, kept us updated with progress of the job throughout and finished it quickly to a high standard. We'll definitely use him again for any future jobs.
Strip out and refit new en-suite
We are delighted with our new en-suite. Graham was always on time and completed the job much quicker than I thought it would take, and all to a high standard. He left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day and always communicated his plans for the folliwing day. I can highly recommend. Thank you Graham!
Completely strip out and refurbish a cloakroom, en-suite bathroom, and main bathroom.
From first contact to completion, Graham has been excellent. After initially helping us to decide just what we wanted to achieve, to finishing all of the installation work, he has been on time and on budget. Our 1950's home had been extensively remodelled 20 years ago resulting in uneven floor boards and uneven plasterwork. We now have three fully tiled modern bathrooms with that bit of wow factor. A great job.
Refit 2 bathrooms and en-suite
We are very pleased with the new bathrooms. Graham was always very prompt and efficient with a 'can-do' approach and attention to detail resulting in an excellent finish.
