It only took a few minutes for John from 1st Aerial to phone after making a request through CheckaTrade and a visit from Jeff was quickly set up. Jeff was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem with a TV aerial quickly - finding a solution was less straightforward. Jeff gave us the options and we felt he went the extra mile to help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend 1st Aerial - it was also important to us to find a local firm.

We called this company in the morning after discovering an issue with our tv not receiving any signals from the aerial. Jeff arrived an hour later, isolated the issue and was able to fix a new aerial to the property and have us up and running very quickly. Jeff was excellent. Very personable and knew exactly what he was talking about, explaining the probable cause, potential solutions, and giving us options. He did the job quickly and professionally. My job was to remove an old, now unused, satellite dish which was installed at roof line level on my house. I called and was pleasantly surprised to find out that an installer (Jeff) was already working in my area and would be able to stop by to do the work within the next hour. As expected, Jeff arrived and was able complete the job within 30 minutes despite the fact that the dish had been installed in an awkward position directly over my side gate and so high up. All work was carried out by Jeff to my complete satisfaction and he was very pleasant to speak with.
