I found this company exceptionally prompt, efficient, helpful and friendly. I was contacted immediately and offered an appointment to suit my convenience. The job was completed skilfully and promptly, with the job site left clean and tidy on completion. I was offered options, helpful advice, and shown how to use the new locks when fitted. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any of my locksmith needs.

Arrived promptly. Was very professional. Took time and trouble to work out the problem, explaining clearly as he worked. The doors and locks are now fully functional. No mess left. The price charged seemed very fair.

Yesterday Nick carried out a repair to the lock on my upvc front door. He arrived promptly and set to work in a professional manner. Unfortunately the whole mechanism had to be completely replaced however the total cost was still just under the maximum price of £235 he had originally estimated. I would certainly use Nick again if I needed his services.

Had a nightmare after snapping my key in my very temperamental front door lock. Nick arrived promptly within 30 minutes, got me back into the property quickly, replaced the cylinder, provided 5 new keys, and properly aligned the door so it now works perfectly. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was very fair and honest with no nasty surprises after call out.
