1st call were first to respond from Checkatrade, arranged for somebody to come next day, Terry arrived on time, and found fault with dishwasher door, and made adjustment. Excellent service.

Heating element in oven broke. I called 1st Call and they were here in half an hour and, although my oven is 35 years old with official spare parts unobtainable, he managed to find one that was similar enough to work. Very pleasant man and I can breathe a sigh of relief.

The company did everything they said they would do. Arrived within the time frame, engineer got straight to work, knew exactly what to do without a second thought and very professional all through out his time there. All the while giving a running commentary which was very much appreciated
