Guttering replacement ruined mine and my neighbour's property
1st Call Roofing have been genuinely horrifying to work with and I am now having to take formal action against them. They were employed to replace a concrete gutter with a plastic one on my property in February 2023, but didn't complete the job properly, causing water leakage onto mine and my neighbour's property. Since then, I have had to call them back continuously to fix things. They have repeatedly lied about work done; acted defensively and intimidatingly on return visits; sworn at me over the phone (calling me and my neighbour "bloody liars") and ultimately not resolved the issue.
