Garden landscaping
Was landscaping the garden so my pre-school children can enjoy in the summer (2023). Promised to complete within a couple of months, took an extra 3000 on top of the initial 10000 just to leave the garden in a sorry state. Worst of all he won't even return my calls or text messages. replaced outside drain and flags
Jordan and his Dad did a great job replaced outlet pipe to outside drain and replaced original flags , l will definitely be using this company again .10 out of 10 rating for workmanship and customer services.Job location: BD101 Builder

Garage Repair and Renovation
Garage was leaking and needed new roof, floor etc. Jordan quoted £3900 ( 3 installments £1300). He took 1st installment for materials and skip. He started work 2 weeks late after I contacted him few times. He worked about 12 hrs in total over 3 days ( 1.5 days work in total) and wanted 2nd payment and threatened that if I did not pay him , he would delay future work. He did not supply skip but charged me for it. Material used cost about £200. I checked recent reviews and terminated agreement. Replacing all roof tiles and re-plastering bedroom ceiling.
The tiling of the roof was done by a subcontractor and the work was not to the standard expected. Jordan and his business partner came on site and agreed, so the contractor was asked to return and make good. They did return but following this a few days later I found that still the work requested had not been carried out or completed to an acceptable standard and there are still problems. I was told the roofing contractor would provide a longer guarantee for the roof but the contractor told me they give no guarantee when subcontracting. Amendment of original review
I had some work carried out last year. My original review was positive. The work was completed to a high standard. However I now have an issue with the guttering which Jordan is fully aware of. After two months of unanswered phone calls, texts and emails I have decided to leave this review. I had no hesitation in recommending this company after my original job was completed, but following this lack of communication and aftercare service regarding my issue, which I understand is part of a 12 month guarantee, I feel unable to do this.Verified reviewerJob location: HD5
