  From the very first initial enquiry, I was very impressed with the response and advice that Richard and his team gave. Communication throughout the process of the works was excellent both verbally and visually with photos being produced and nothing was too much trouble in explaining and putting my mind at rest. Gavin is so professional in his workmanship and Cory and Cliff so hardworking to a high standard. I was pleased how quickly and efficiently the job was done. I have no hesitation in recommending 1st Choice and was so glad that I came across this professional and excellent Company.

  Have been very pleased with the work carried put by 1st Choice Roofing. It's always a concern when looking for the right company to carry out work on your home but from the first contact with Richard until the completion of the job by Gavin and Cory we've been pleased with how smoothly its all gone. The work has been done to a high standard and several neighbours have commented on how good it all looks! We're already planning a new job with the team!

  The team at 1st Choice is simply the best roofing company. Richard & Gavin delivered exceptional workmanship, professional, courtesy and quality. Gavin is a very attentive & genuine person, he is excellent at his job, very meticulous & very neat. Special mention to Cory & Clifton who are a credit to the company and everyone has been working so hard under the rain & the wind. Building inspector was arranged to make sure all works carried out & materials used are with compliance. I am very pleased with the outcome! Highly recommend!

  I'm so glad I discovered 1st Choice Roofing and Building Ltd on here, I cannot fault Richard and his team, they were mega professional from start to finish. Richard listened to the history of the roof's many repairs, he made a thorough inspection of the problematic area, giving an honest report of the cause of the problem, and advising on the best course of action. He patiently answered all of my questions. Gavin and Corey were superb, so hardworking, and in adverse weather too. Many thanks for a great job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - make them YOUR first choice today!!!

  Recently had roof replaced by 1st Choice. From my initial enquiry I was impressed how quickly they responded - the same day! They provided clear and honest advice on what needed to be done. Work commenced within 2 weeks . The team carrying out the work were very professional and friendly, they turned up when they said they would and on time. The workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the finished job. I would not hesitate in recommending 1st Choice to anyone looking for any type of roofing work .
