Electric doors not closing properly
At last someone who knows how to solve a problem. Very efficient.
CCTV installation on my house.
Very professional and efficient. Problem is with the app on my phone doesn't stay online. About a year after installed it went permanently off line. I contacted them and they helped me, it worked. Then it went off line again and I emailed them, no reply. Not like them, so I phoned and wasn't able to talk to an installer, don't know why. Followed advice given and it worked but then went wrong again so phoned back, no reply, left voicemail, still no response. I dealt with them through work for years and always been happy, but I'm not happy with the lack of good customer service now.
New alarm
Ist Choice installed a new alarm back in 2020 and did a great job. The alarm has worked very reliably since then. Recently a message appeared on the panel about a battery change. 1st choice were extremely helpful in telling me how to do that despite my lack of technical ability! They kept supporting me until the issue was solved which I felt was above and beyond the service anyone could expect. Thank you 1st Choice.
New electric gates to school car park
Would 100% recommend 1st choice they were fantastic -Communication from the office was spot on-price was very very good-installers were first class ,punctual, professional and a credit to there employer. Will definitely be using them again for any future works required
New Entrance gates
Really great service. Professional office staff and install team. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
Emergency callout
Our burglar alarm wouldnt stop beeping late evening and within half an hour of making the emergency call, Matthew was with us and up a ladder! Excellent service from Christine in the office and Matthew and Sean were back next day to fix the problem.
