Very courteous and prompt. Looked at the door and advised what needed replacing and repairing. Ordered the parts and contacted me promptly when they arrived to fit. Helpfully came to fit in with our schedules. He completed the job quickly and tidied up completely afterwards.

I could not recommend Martin highly enough. As well as providing a prompt, reasonable, and good service, he is a diamond. He waited patiently for over an hour due to a delay in accessing the building and also checked that I was OK after a difficult situation had developed.

They came within 30 minutes and replaced the lock with no fuss. He then WD40'd the mechanism which has made a big difference when locking/unlocking and opening the door. Thoroughly recommend 1st City locksmiths
