Have used this company many times over the years. They are very efficient and all the electricians are clean, tidy and know their stuff. They can come up with excellent ideas when a tricky situation arises and always produce. They are helpful with excellent office staff who are always contactable which in this day and age is a rare thing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company (which is very rare for me). use them with confidence. What more can I say - they are 1st Class.

Whilst having our patio removed an existing armoured cable was broken by contractors and Chris turned up to help fix it - he was polite, friendly and also fixed another problem with earthing that he discovered whilst onsite. More recently Simon helped me install a new outdoor socket and connect up to the consumer unit. Simon was also polite, friendly, arrived on time and the work was completed to a very high standard. Excellent communication from all members of the team, including Becca in the office! Good focus on customer service and I would use them again and also recommend them to others

The service this company gives its customers is second to non. Excellent work carried out to he exact wishes of the client. The first time we have used this company - it will not be the last and will share their details with friends and family.

When contacted for an urgent same day appointment they were really helpful & fitted the job in. This was for my vulnerable ex husband who has dementia and his electric had gone off and wouldn’t stay on when resetting the power switch on the breaker board. They were friendly and efficient & explained to me exactly what work they had done afterwards to fix the fault & sent the bill to me as requested. Neil’s neighbour who was there when they visited, said how good they were and would use them himself in the future.

Great work taking electric to the outside office. Fitted a heater and light. Super company.

I highly recommend 1st Class Electrical. Today Dan from 1st Class Electrical came to fix a problem caused by another company. I will definitely be using 1st Class Electrical again for any of my electrical needs. I called yesterday, and they took the time to check their jobs to see if they could fit my job in this week. Which they did. Dan came at the end of his working day. He called me about 10/15 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way to me. He was friendly and professional. And he took the time to take his shoes off when coming into my home. And he fixed my problem.
