Disposed of my Christmas tree for me. Excellent communication and service as well as a reasonable price

I don’t recommend this company. They have a massive lack of communication, empathy and have broken into our home. Used the company in previous years for Christmas tree collection and never had issue. Instructed them to build us a patio in May 2025 and paid 50% deposit (over 1k) was promised a week later it would be completed. The weeks of May, June and July go by and no patio. Rearrangements happen and I am understanding of this. But it was rearranged a further 5 times and never completed. Asked them to collect their equipment from our property and instead of knocking on our door broke in

The work was carried out for the agreed price, however no invoice was or receipt was given. They disappeared for several days with no explanation leaving a stump some 2' high. When they returned the remaining stump on the surface was removed. He came to my door saying the work was finished and he was paid in cash. The next day when I tried to replace the tree I found that the stump was still there in the ground with a slight covering of soil on top. I'm disgusted.

Chaps did a fantastic job , path clearance was not in quote but they did it anyway , when job finished not a blade of grass or bit of dirt not cleared away leaving everything so very clean and tidy, polite and friendly at all times , will 100% be using 1st class garden and tree services again, thank you chaps.

They did a very good job and after they had gone apart from everything was much cleaner you would never known they had been. There was no mess left behind them. Yes I would definitely use them again and they were fast workers. A big thank you to them .
