    1stIndependent - Highly recommend.

    I have used 1stindependent a number of times over the years and they have always delivered for me. Installation was very quick and seamless and they did their best to minimize disruption. Quote process was very good and we went through a number of options before finding the right one. And finally everything was ordered, delivered and installed exactly as they said. Would highly recommend.

    A really satisfied customer

    The work comprised the removal of some existing doors and the installation of two sets of aluminium bifold doors. I accepted what I considered a very competitive quote. The work was commenced on the agreed date and completed within two days. The two fitters were competent, tidy and friendly. I was worried that the removal of the old doors might cause significant damage but, with their care, there was no damage whatsoever. They did an amazing job which has improved my house enormously. I would definitely use that again for similar work and recommend them strongly.

    Highly recommend

    1st Independent windows replaced all our original sash windows with double-glazed pvc sashes as well as installing sliding and bifold doors. Everything was completed to a high standard and all the installers were excellent. Highly recommend this firm.

    Efficient, reliable family company

    I have used 1st Independent several times over the years. Their work has always been carried out efficiently, promptly and all their workers are very pleasant and helpful. I had the windows in my porch replaced, back bedroom window replaced and patio doors onto my garden. Most recently a window/door in upstairs bedroom. I received comments from a friend's retired builder husband who said what a good job had been done. Blown windows were replaced down by a previous installer about 25 years ago. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
