We opted for a full drain survey following initial concerns raised by a homebuyers survey. We are glad We did as the finding and the report provided enabled us to go back to the vendor and renegotiate on the price of the property. Job location: SO15I had an emergency drain issue and called for help – I couldn’t be more impressed! Alan responded quickly, arrived on time, and cleared the drain with professional efficiency. Alan recently provided leak detection services for me including invasive access. The team spent a considerable amount of time both on the phone prior to booking and whilst at the property discussing the issue and to establish potential causes before removing floors. The job investigation was completed faster than expected and most importantly my property was treated with absolute respect, to the point where its hard to tell the reinstated floor was even taken up. Alan even reduced the quote to account for the shorter time on site.
