This man in charge of my move told me that it was not necessary to check and unpack everything immediately. Later, when I found that 4 antique prints were missing they were impossible to get hold of and did not return my calls. Also packed an open canister of bleach in with some clothes and shoes which were ruined. For this they have given me £100- 'out of the kindness of their hearts'. Not to be trusted, all very nice when they were moving me but after they had my money useless. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

We arrived on 28th August for an owner packed job to see there was still a significant amount of packing to be done. A toilet brush in its holder (not an open canister of bleach) did inadvertently finish up on top of an open plastic bag containing four items of clothing. This was acknowledged at the time and agreed there would be a compensation payment when the customer submitted a value. The bank details were emailed on the 26th October, over eight weeks later. Several days prior to this email the customer had mentioned that some prints were apparently ‘missing’. This notification was at least 6 weeks after the move. Our terms and conditions state quite clearly that any claims must be made within seven days. We cannot entertain a claim for missing items so long after the event and certainly not without documented evidence of value. Our insurance company would refuse to process a claim of this nature. We did transfer the £60.00 the customer valued the clothing at and included an additional £40.00 as a gesture of goodwill. We are a professional company and put customer service at the top of our priorities as our reviews show.
