  Bathroom Supply & Fit

  Graham's expert advice was invaluable

Graham replaced our very small {and only} bathroom while we were in London for a week. Although we'd only met him twice we felt confident enough to give him the key. Because of it's size and my health he suggested taking out the bath and replacing it with a shower tray the size of the bath and reducing the size of the cabinets on the opposite wall. We now have the equivalent of a sleek and beautiful small wet room. Ideal for the restrictions of our age. The house was as we left it, everything clean and cleared away. We are delighted with the result and recommend Graham to anyone.

  Good project management and workmanship

Graham did an excellent project of refitting the bathroom. The estimate was correct and accurate. All variations were were transparent and agreed. He was asked to recommend the tiles, sanitary ware and shower unit, and his choices are functional and aesthetically pleasing. The project was performed to schedule and he kept me informed of the progress of the day and the forecast for the following day. The house was kept clean while the project was on going and he vacuumed the work area regularly and at the end of every work day. Graham was also able to fit my project to his busy schedule early.

  Fantastic and efficient service

Graham has been brilliant. We had a tired old bathroom to do and it is completely transformed. Yes we had to wait for his time but definitely worth it and I suspect thats because he's so good. Quick, efficient, friendly and did a great job. Thanks again

Ensuite & downstairs toilet freshen up

Graham recently retiled and replaced an old and tired shower unit, a couple of taps and retiled our downstairs toilet. He was efficient, friendly, clean and was a great help when we changed our minds about the original scope of work we requested. This was our first substantial house project as first time home owners and Graham was patient and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks Graham.

So happy with end result, now booked again for other bathroom!!

A very positive experience from my initial enquiry right through to the installation of our new en-suite bathroom. Graham Beales worked with us to create our dream bathroom based upon our own ideas but with his expertise and advice, the end result was better than we could have ever imagined. Excellent communication, delivers what he says he will in terms of quality and timelines and worked in a very tidy and respectful manner in our home, clearing up every day. So happy, we have now booked Graham at First response to refit our main bathroom. Highly recommended!!!
