Builder recommended best solution for repairing flat roof and damage to kitchen interior. Kitchen walls and ceiling re-plastered. New kitchen cupboard window blinds installed. Repair work completed to schedule.

New larger loft hatch and ladder

Joe was extremely professional, courteous and explained the options for the work really well. The job was carried out to an excellent standard and high attention to detail. His clean up was excellent even making some other touch ups whilst he was here. Highly recommended.

Front porch door would not close

Joe gave me fantastic service. Not only did he come out on a Saturday evening just after Christmas but he stayed until the door closed, trying many different things to solve the problem as it had warped due to the amount of rain. He didn't charge me much either considering how long the job took. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Garage conversion

Joe @ 1UP Construction converted our garage to a split office and utility space. Joe was excellent from the outset - top quality workmanship as well as being friendly and approachable on site.
