21st Century Design & Build have recently converted my garage & knocked through from my kitchen into the garage & into the conservatory to make it an open space. They organised the design work for me & the planning permission. The work has been finished to a high standard, the new brick work & window to replace the garage door is a perfect match and the finished effect is so tied in with the look of my house you can’t tell it wasn’t always a room. The attention to detail inside to match lights and skirting is equally perfect. The are tidy, polite & hard working. Highly recommend them

Thomas and Clay have carried out a number of projects at my house including wallpapering, painting, laying wooden flooring and recarpeting 2 bedrooms, a playroom, a landing and a hallway, demolition and full clearance of a timber summerhouse and refencing my garden. Every time they have worked at my house they have been efficient and tidy and the team have been really friendly and polite. Their quotes are always reasonably priced and the standard of work is exceptionally high. They always turn up on the agreed date and leave the working area completely clean and tidy when they finish.

I highly recommend 21st Century Builders after they completed a loft conversion at my property. They handled the project from start to finish by organising surveyors, helping with planning permission and carrying out all the works. Everything was on time and on budget and nothing was too much trouble. They were very happy to accommodate last minute changes and offered suggestions throughout. The standard of the work is exceptional and the finish is impeccable. Every day the area was left clean and tidy and they were entirely trustworthy as they had keys to my property throughout the project.

I couldn't be more happy with these guy's. I highly recommend them, They have been doing work on my properties for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are midway through another project for me renovating a house with back side extension and loft conversion, also will renovate the whole inside too, turning a 3 bed 1 bath into a 6 bed 4 bath, open plan living/dining room with 2 extra rooms downstairs with utility room. These guy's are very professional, hard worker and friendly, they do not cut corners and they keep me updated every day on the progress. 5 stars in every aspect
