Replacing an old velux window and installing a new one
I have a safety hatch in my roof extension which has a large but very old velux window in it which is letting in the rain. 21st Century roofing experts took the old window out of the hatch, also by means of a long ladder outside the property. John and Eric were great to work with on a roof repair in West Kensington. At a time where contractors kept cancelling or saying such and such was necessary to inflate cost, 21st Century were concise and professional. Roof repairs and improvements
I had a new roof built 7 years ago, unfortunately I noticed some issues starting to take place due to what turned out to be poor finishing. I consulted a few specialists and was recommended 21st Century. After speaking with John I decided to use 21st Century. I was so pleased as their attitude and workmanship was excellent. After inspecting the roof they gave what I felt was an honest assessment with a full explanation of what had gone wrong and what was needed to be done to correct and improve my roof.
