  Highly recommended

Steve undertook a huge project with us, decorating 4 bedrooms, an office, 4 bathrooms, hallways and 2 living areas. We are very pleased with it all. He is a perfectionist so everything has been done to a very high standard. I had a very particular vision and Steve used his extensive knowledge to make sure it came to life. Steve is also very artistic, and so he made some great suggestions as to further improvements. He went above and beyond in many situations and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a decorator.

Great Experience & Perfect Ceiling – Highly Recommended

I had a great experience with 24 Property Maintenance Limited. They arrived to assess the work, took correct measurements, communicated clearly what was needed, and sent a scope. They came on time and commenced work to a high standard, resulting in a perfect ceiling. The communication was great, and they seem to be experienced in many different areas. Highly recommend!

The best decorator I have ever come across

Steve is the best decorator I have ever come across. He has redecorated my place throughout and the end result is outstanding. His attention to detail is first-class; the quality of his work is second to none and he has kept to time. Steve does not rush things and he is always accommodating. Once Steve had finished his work I had some new carpet laid and there were inevitable marks on the wall in a number of places. Steve returned once his work was complete to make good and at no extra cost. In summary, I can recommend Steve 100%

Complete redecoration plus new glue down Karndean floor including substructure work

Full transparency in pricing of the two main elements of the job, including proper on site inspection first. Timely execution. High quality workmanship. Prompt attention to snagging issues, which were all minor. Responsive to changes needed as we opened up the work. Helped us by sorting out several unrelated minor issues that needed to be fixed before flat re-let.

  Bedroom wallpapering

Steve and the team were amazing from start to finish! They called us and arranged a home visit and priced the bedroom wallpapering correctly. We then had constant conversation with Steve to fit our schedule and he was kind and helpful. The team arrived as planned at 0800 and they did an amazing job such hard workers and their attention to detail was excellent. We are having the team back to do our lounge soon and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone for a reliable, friendly and professional team.
