Install of 2 ceiling lights

Couldn’t fault the guys who came out and did all the electrical work, they were polite, clean and tidy. They explained the jobs and also helped in where better to place sockets. Would definitely use the company again for any future electrical works.

EV Charger installation
Initial good contact - reasonable quote but not the cheapest. Electricians turned up on time however neither had ever done an EV charger before. Fitted although they used armour cable inside the property which isnt ideal but ok I suppose. No certificate of installation supplied and despite 3 chases for this there has been no answer. If I sell my property I will need to pay for an electrician to check their work - Not good. Cant say I recommend them, the installers were ok - its a simple thing to install but the customer care is very poor.

I can only apologise for your experience. We have received 3 emails from you, seeking a minor works report, I have been away for 2 weeks. The electrician had fitted car chargers and is a fully registered tester. I have not had any question over workmanship until this point.
