Please do not call this company. On the phone, they say a price when they come to fix the problem they overcharge you without doing any job. The plumber didn't know how to stop the water from the main switcher. They are rude and unprofessional.

Please don’t use this company they charge 396 to change a socket the women on phone never said anything about it being a emergency call out she said it was 60 pound call out and this was not out of hours it was afternoon but was charged 396

I originally phoned around numbers given by this website - thank you - some non-committal responses - understandable. Phoned 24-7 Plumbing, answered phone promptly, stated that he would come after another job. He kept in contact with me, letting me know possible arrival time. He turned up as promised. Assessed the job and fixed the problem within one hour. Good communication and very helpful. I will use this company again, for additional work.

I'm down £110 and my shower is still leaking. They replaced the shower head/hose without verifying where the leak came from then claimed it was fixed and attempted to convince me that the dripping was leftover water in the shower head. After 5 minutes they were forced to admit that it was still leaking. They then said it would require changing the whole shower valve, quoted me 4h work + breaking down wall! I found online all it takes is replacing the cartridge (10 min job). Very unprofessional. Update: they refunded me HALF of their fee. I'm still down £70 and shower still leaking...

The actual work completed was very good. Their services are so overpriced however as to make the experience very negative
