I received a fantastic service from Martin and his colleague. I appreciated the responsiveness, as my house was getting really cold. I tend to not like phone calls, because of my accent, but this one was really easy. There was a part missing, which means it couldn't be fixed on the spot, but a bypass was created so that I could stay warm in the meantime. That was a really nice touch, especially since the part was acquired only an hour later anyway. Overall, the experience was really pleasant, and the repairs were carried with good quality. My best experience so far with heating repairs in MCR.

Eric responded very swiftly to my request for help and came first thing the next day, he was very polite and quickly identified the problem, he went to buy the part needed and was back to fit it the wholevjob from start to finish was completed within the hour. He advised on a few option for a new boiler as we are looking to replace the one we have in the near future, we will definitely contact Eric for any more plumbing / gas repairs that we need in the future.
