    Jordan gave a really friendly and clear service, he talked us through the options and reasons for them, then explained what he was doing as he replaced several of our locks. The locks seem really good quality and he was really clear that he's here for any follow-up questions, even paying a visit on his way back from another job that day to answer one we had in person.
