Vlad was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the fault just by me sending him a WhatsApp video. After arriving promptly on such short notice he was able to fix the locking mechanism within half an hour. He then proceeded to Rochester Kent to complete another job for me and sending me videos and pictures of the finished result. I definitely highly recommended his services and will be using him going forward.

Vlad was extremely helpful. I had a lock which was stuck in my tenanted property. He responded to my emergency query very quickly explaining what the issue was likely to be and providing an instant quote. He was on site within an hour of speaking to me and fixed the issue for me. Excellent service all round.
