Came to my rental property in a taxi cab Toyota Prius
This person came to my flat in a taxi with a small tool bag and a vacuum cleaner. Then I showed him the issues which were easily accessible because I had taken the panel off the side of the bath and the sink was easy to see then he took a photo of the jobs to be done and I got a text message saying how much the job would cost. I agreed paid £408 inclusive then I left and the plumber left to buy a parts. Later io heard he fitted the bath part but didn't do the under sink. He never came back. Water leak
Quoted £600 plus £50 call out for a.job that would take 40mins. Called another plumber and they did it for half the price (which was still extortionate but this company took the mick) plus the guys they sent didn't seem to know what they were doing.Job location: SE1310 Soakaway Clearance

New Shower Installation
After being let down by 2 plumbers who promised they were coming, I reached out to 24/7. Rob replied within minutes even though it was late at night and he continued with specific, clear communications throughout. He arrived with a smile, was chatty and made me feel like we'd known each other for years. He had to install the wiring through a dirty, cramped loft and did an amazing job. Later Simon showed up to sort the water and he too was bubbly and very helpful like Rob. The job was completed in quick time and with attention to detail so I have no hesitation in recommending 24/7. Rectified drainage blockage
We called 24/7 out during the middle of the night due to a serious blockage in our drainage system. 24/7 arrived within one hour of us making the initial call and their drainage team rectified the issue quickly with their drainage machinery. Boiler

No hot water
I had no hot water because the previous plumber from a different company forgot to turn on the valve after his repair. They could t cone within 48 hours so I called 24/7 and they came immediately and dealt with it amazingly. Then I asked the engineer to have a look at my electric underfloor heating which is also faulty (and which the other company also had a look at and said he would get back to me as he didn’t know it but then never did..).He was quite confident thy he can fix it and will come back to run the diagnostics.
