​Danny was incredibly professional and transparent. He explained the situation and gave me two clear options: he could try to extract the broken key or, if that wasn't possible, he could replace the entire lock. I appreciated that he laid out the pros and cons of each choice. He was confident he could remove the key, and his confidence paid off. ​He got to work right away and, using his specialized tools, he skillfully extracted the broken key without damaging the lock at all. He even went a step further and made me a new key on the spot, so I was back inside with a working key in no time.

Danny was an enormous help when we couldn't get the door closed on our beach hut. He took the job at 7.30pm on a Friday evening and arrived in less than an hour. The work was quick and efficient and he was communicative throughout. For an emergency call out, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
