He came on time as stated very punctual. Check the appliance, repair it and explain what the problem was. Ensure it worked before leaving.

The Fridge Freezer developed a problem and was no longer freezing contents, Patrick came and found out what the problem was, ordered the part and made the necessary repairs over two days. Patrick was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. If I ever to have a repair again, he will be my first telephone call
