  Kitchen Diner Extension

  I feel incredibly lucky to have found 27 Homes to build my kitchen extension. It’s a daunting process, but from the initial quote to the final finish I couldn’t be happier. Fred and his team are incredibly hard working, conscientious, communicative and respectful. Fred is very knowledgable and has a great positive attitude which helps to get around any tricky surprises. He mucks in and works alongside the guys, but also has a sharp mind for the detail and forward planning. He suggested a couple of changes to the plans which were absolutely spot on. Thank you to the team.

  Kitchen fit

  Fred and team did an amazing job with our kitchen fit. We were opening up our kitchen to create an open plan living space. They designed, sourced and fitted everything from knocking walls, to fitting steel beams, plastering, electrics and fitting our brand new kitchen. We are so over the moon with the finished design and could not recommend them enough. They are incredibly trustworthy, efficient, friendly and professional. The finishing touches they did really made all the difference and were so happy with all of the work that was carried out. 5 star service! *****

  Complete renovation of mid-terrace house

  27Homes came to finish our project after having been robbed and mistreated by other builders. I must say working with Fred and the other guys has renewed our trust in the industry. They were super hard worker, focused and really wanted to get the job done fast, but without compromising on quality, communication and respect for us. They went above and beyond to find solutions to challenges that we had been told were impossible to achieve. A special shoutout to Fred, which despite being young is unbelievable knowledgeable and overall a really good person! We 100% recommend their services.

  Very hard working guys!

  Hardest working boys I've come across. I was very impressed with their work ethic. Also kept everything tidy even though it was a site! The main work was to turn 2 bedroom bungalow into 4 bed detached 2 story house, it was a spectacular transformation. I would recommend this family business.
