  House Rewiring

  House rewiring, remove brick wall, laminate floor

  Saby and his team rewired our entire house, installed a new consumer unit and provided us with sockets/switches as required and with a certificate by his qualified electrician. He also removed a brick wall between the living/dining room to open up the space and laminated our new loft beautifully. We have worked with Saby and his team for the last 8 years on many different projects and the results are always to a very high standard due to his experience, attention to detail and great communication skills. He is always a pleasure to work with and we are happy to highly recommend his team.

  Bathroom Cladding

  Tiling and plumbing

  Saby's team are very professional, focussed and hardworking and the finishes to our tiled walls and floor were excellent. They also installed the new bathroom suite to a very high standard and we are very pleased overall. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommend this contractor because they are very experienced and have great communication skills, also being prepared to listen to their customers and deal with any of their special requirements. We will definitely use them again.

  Putting in a new fusebox and rewiring the house

  We lost electricity. They were recommended by a friend. They came quickly, gave an honest opinion on the work needed, did the work to a high standard and were helpful in suggestions whilst keeping us up to date on progress. Looking to use them on future work.

  Full renovation - plumbing, electrics, kitchen installation, painting, new flooring

  Saby and his team stepped in to take over a project when my original builder disappeared leaving a job that should have been close to completion but was only about a quarter finished. Saby was immediately a calming and reassuring presence and got to work picking up on what had been done previously and working out a plan to finish in the quickest most efficient way possible. Saby is very experienced and has a team of builders who have the skills and expertise to take on every problem. The standard of the finished work is first class and I can't recommend Saby and his team highly enough!

  Refurbishment of two bedrooms: full wall and ceiling repair and plastering, electrics, floor insulation, and painting

  Excellent service from initial quote, through all work, and completion. Fully transparent about work to be done, prices, progress, and any issues. Went out of their way to get plastering materials that were in national shortage. Hard working, professional, and polite team.
