    We had originally chosen a different company (a small local family business) to complete the work on our roof who completely let us down multiple times over the course of months. We went back to Oleg and his team at 2Hot2Cold who not only honoured their original quote but came and completed the work a few weeks later and did it all in a single morning, with no fuss, no mess and no hassle. The guys who came and did the work arrived exactly when we were told they would and just got on with the job. They tidied everything up after themselves and couldn't have done a better job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Overall, a very professional company from start to finish. Delighted with the end result, it has surpassed my, my partner and neighbours' expectations. The room isn't a conservatory any more, it's another room in the house which can be used all year round. Much warmer in the house from Day 1. The star of the show was the guy doing the finishing work from Day 2 to 5: he was multi-skilled (electrics, plasterboard, plastering, painting, roof finishing) and extremely meticulous in his work. This company is highly competitive in cost too with no expense spared in the quality of the finish.

    2Hot2Cold was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Initial survey with Oleg was thorough explaining all options and he even came all the way back to answer a question for me in person. The staff in the office (Sophie, Caroline and others) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our queries thoroughly. The fitters were hard working, punctual, polite and very tidy. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. They left the premises even cleaner than when they arrived! The conservatory itself is much more comfortable now and I highly recommend 2hot2cold

    Once a date was agreed the 3 fitters turned up on time and were very polite and efficient. The conservatory roof was replaced over two days, the second day by a lone fitter (who had not been among the original 3). The end result was just as we had hoped and we would certainly recommend them based on our experience.
