We moved back into our flat, which had previously been rented and the tenant had left it full of junk. The 2nd Chances team were recommended to us by our letting agents and were extremely prompt and reliable in clearing the whole lot out, as well as repairing / replacing broken locks. Would highly recommend them.

I enquired on the companies website as they were local as well as offering to re-use and recycle my old furniture. I called following up my quote which was received promptly to answer any queries and booked it in with a 3 hour time slot the following week. I called the day before to add a few items which they we fine about and gave me a more specific time. On the day they arrived at that time, moved in swiftly, dismantling those bigger items and made no fuss about the extra bits left by my tenant. Thank you so much for a reliable and useful service.

I used 2nd Chance to remove a sofa, sofa bed and king size divan and headboard. Everyone was really helpful from the office to the removal men. It was a really hot day and must have been very uncomfortable to work in. I could only give them short notice so was worried it might not happen but they turned up on time and were very polite. Thank you to all concerned.

Another excellent job from 2nd Chance. I foolishly forgot to call and arrange a time for pickup but the staff went out of their way to arrange a pickup with another company to make sure I had my garden clear for the May bank holiday weekend. I am beyond impressed with their business ethics and service.
