  Tom was excellent in all ways . He was knowledgable and quickly found the fault in the electrical output for our dishwasher. Changing the light fitting on the landing was difficult as the well was extremely high. Great care was taken with the ladder so as not to mark the wall or carpet. He was very polite. Would definitely use him again

  Shorted appliance causing fuses to blow - callout to repair

  Came out at short notice on a Saturday night and not only sorted the fuse, but repaired the faulty appliance that was causing the issue within an hour. Friendly and personable, and explained the specifics of everything he did and why. Has reasonable rates considering quality of work and responsiveness.

  I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tom of 352 Electrical Ltd. when he visited to remove and install our new kitchen hood extractor. He was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my experience. Tom took the time to answer my questions clearly and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. He even made time to fix my electric lawn mower without an extra charge. It shows that he really cares about his customers. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I was particularly impressed by Tom's friendly attitude and commitment.

  352 responded within minutes of my request and the work was completed within a few hours, much to my delight. I had an old three-cable ceiling rose lighting system that I needed to connect to a dual-cable LED light. Definitely recommended.
